Return & Refund Policy Wearlands

  • We stitch quality and stand behind it. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Return Window

  • We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The customer must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue with the product (e.g., damage, defect, wrong item).
  • In case of a size issue, the customer is required to send a photo of the jacket measured with an inch tape to show how it compares to our official size chart.
  • Returns for sizing will only be accepted if the measurements do not match the selected size based on our guidelines.

Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • All jackets are made-to-order and crafted exclusively for you.
  • Each piece is freshly made and not eligible for resale.
  • Please review all product details and our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Custom-sized or personalized jackets are non-returnable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
  • Returns must only be made after receiving approval and return instructions from our support team.
  • Some of our products are replica designs, which we produce in premium quality to offer great style at an affordable price.
  • Therefore, returns based on complaints about a product being a replica will not be accepted, as this has already been clearly mentioned.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We only cover return shipping if the wrong item was sent from our side.

Shipping & Address Issues

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • If a customer refuses delivery or provides incorrect address details, shipping costs and restocking fees (up to 50%) will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify the customer about the refund approval status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Returns that do not meet policy conditions will not be refunded.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • After 24 hours, the item enters production and becomes non-cancellable.

Important Notes

  • Wearlands reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that does not follow this policy.
  • Customers who initiate chargebacks or disputes without contacting our support first will be considered in violation of our terms, potentially causing delays or refusal of claims.
  • We’re committed to delivering quality and resolving any concerns with honesty and care.
